Aequo advises GlobalLogic in Ukrainian investigation

We acted for the Ukrainian branch of the worldwide digital engineering company, GlobalLogic (headquartered in Silicon Valley), in the investigation conducted by Ukrainian enforcement authorities.

The investigation had been commenced by Ukrainian authorities without the client being engaged in the proceeding. The proceeding itself does not link to the company, though the outcome of the case might affect the company’s interests and reputation in the market.
