Yevgen specializes in local and cross-border civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and criminal aspects of commercial and civil disputes.

He advises clients on various aspects of civil, commercial, corporate, banking and international private law. His experience includes international arbitration, enforcement of international arbitral awards and foreign court judgements in Ukraine, search and collection of assets in Ukraine and abroad. He is particularly experienced in banking and real estate industries.

At the beginning of his career, Yevgen interned in international law firms and Chambers in London, working with financial litigation and arbitration teams as well as with a Queen’s Counsel. He also interned in the Royal Courts of Justice under the supervision of judges from the High Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
