AEQUO advised Dragon Capital

AEQUO advised Dragon Capital, one of the largest group of companies in Ukraine engaged in direct investments and provision of financial services, on the deal of acquisition of 100% of shares in Aqua-Eco group of companies engaged in extraction, production, and sale of mineral waters under the Truskavetska trademark.

Aqua-Eco group of companies is engaged in water filling under the trademarks of Truskavetska Aqua-Eco, Truskavetska Kryshtaleva, and Truskavetska Zapovidna, with production facilities in Truskavets.

The project activities involved a legal due diligence of the group companies, including a deep analysis of regulatory and land matters, advising on the preparation of completion, and acting for the Client before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
