Aequo advises BGV Group Management on strategic partnership with SAGA Development

Aequo law firm provided legal support to BGV Group Management in establishing a strategic partnership with SAGA Development. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in the evolution of BGV Group Management’s development projects.

BGV Group Management and SAGA Development initiated their partnership with the Boston Creative House project on Stepan Bandera Avenue in Kyiv. Now, the companies are exploring opportunities for future development initiatives.

BGV Group Management operates in five key sectors: mining, energy efficiency, retail, development, and education. Since 2022, the company has focused on the restoration and construction of residential, commercial, and social infrastructure in Ukraine. In June 2024, the company launched a new division, BGV Development, dedicated exclusively to development projects.

SAGA Development, founded in 2016, is a Ukrainian investment and development company. Its portfolio encompasses over 2 million square meters of real estate, including multifunctional complexes and innovative projects that redefine the urban landscapes of Ukrainian cities.
