Sergey is also head of Consumer and Retail industry group.

Sergey advises clients on various competition issues, including those related to merger clearance, unfair commercial practices and competition compliance. He has extensive experience of representing the clients in competition investigations initiated by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Sergey has participated in a number of complex due diligence exercises in the retail, dairy and financial sectors, with a particular focus on competition compliance and regulatory issues.
